KDrama - Vampire Prosecutor

Most people, when they see the title, they'd probably dismiss this because they'd would think it's a Twilight meets CSI crossover. They would be very wrong, because it's neither.

Recently I started watching Korean drama series of all kinds and I must admit that they're better than Japanese ones. In some cases they're even better than most American shows as well.

Vampire Prosecutor luckily has a second season so after I write this short review, I'll be continuing watching that. Interesting thing is that second season is even higher rated than first, so I'm very curious to see how they improved such an excellent series.

This Korean drama is, in short, a prosecutor's search of his (vampire) maker who along the way solves various crimes which are more or less vampire related. The series is really well made, with no apparent flaws and a really good acting crew. It will keep you on the edge of your chair for the bigger part of every episode. There is just no way you'll be bored by this one. After every episode you'll be wanting more. 

You can imagine my disappointment when I reached episode 12 just to realize it was the final one. Lucky for me there is a season 2. This series is a must watch. You will not regret it in any way. So go ahead and enjoy!

Plot:
Prosecutor Min Tae-Yeon (Yeon Jeong-Hun) is bitten by somebody he doesn't and becomes a vampire. Tae-Yeon rejects the life of a vampire and he survives by drinking the blood of dead people and still lives as a righteous prosecutor .

Tae-Yeon also uses his new found abilities as a vampire to prosecute powerful persons normally thought above the law. A mysterious case then occurs and the evidence points to a vampire as the perpetrator. Tae-Yeon now knows that he is not the only vampire. He also ponders why he became a vampire and what truths may lie behind their motives.

Episode 591

Wish they'd get back to themselves already.
It was fun at first, but now it's starting to get kinda lame.
Those poor kids just can't catch a break...
Withdrawal symptoms were pretty brutal and dangerous.
The new info about the kids was interesting.


Hunter x Hunter 

Episode 75

Quiz game time. It was nice Gon won that one.
Was expecting it, but was also slightly surprised.
It's amazing how much Gon & Killua grew in strength.
New info about the people behind the Greed Island was nice.
It's cool how he can take 3 cards to real world.
Now that Greed Island arc is over I guess we'll finally see the mysterious Ging.


Shingeki no Kyojin

Episode 2

So the Titans made their move and ended the days of peace for the humans.
Eren & Mikasa. Those two make a good pair.
The whole Titan attack made this episode very intense.
It became clear rather fast that escape was a question of luck.
Mikasa is not a subtle girl, but that's exactly what Eren needs the most.
Can't wait to see them kill some Titans!


Yondemasu yo, Azazel-san Z

Episode 2

Akutabe never ceases to amaze me.
That guy is truly a demon. A much better demon than the real ones ^^"
Those guys are sorry excuses for demons. They are utter failures.
Mossan got to experience Akutabe's wrath first hand LOL

OMG! Part with the teacher was slightly disturbing.
His "make-them-fall-in-love-with-you" training was just LOL
Shido's sister certainly has some interesting plans for him.
This really felt like a visual novel ^^
I do like her new name - Tohka.
It's like watching anime & someone play a visual novel at the same time.
Don't know why, but I really like this one.


Uchuu Kyoudai

Episode 53

I noticed that not many people are watching this. Seems a lot of them quit after first half of the anime. Honestly I'm thinking of dropping it too since the plot slowed down significantly. Looks like they are deliberately prolonging this anime until the big finish. It would be better if they finished it sooner rather than putting in fillers and dropping the quality.

A bit slower episode this time.
More on the explaining side.
At least they made some things clear.
The whole demon thing has nice potential.
That demonstration with Byakko was really nice.
Interesting episode.


Hataraku Maou-sama!

Episode 2

Emilia is an interesting one.
She seemed more like a maou than like a hero.
Her reactions about maou were really fun to watch.
The whole maou-hero situation is just ridiculous in the real world.
I totally have a feeling they'll end up being friends...


Karneval

Episode 2

Nai really is a clueless kid.
Gareki seems to be the brooding type.
Yogi made quite an entrance.
At least he's a nice face to look at.
Well, they all are (^-^)
Involvement of the Circus certainly made things interesting.


Kakumeiki Valvrave 

Episode 1

The art is really nice. I like it.
So this is basically school life + survival + mecha.
First part was just like my class LOL
Always texting useless stuff to fend off boredom.
New "students" certainly brought some interesting elements into this anime.
Haruto lost most precious to him, but got to be the hero. Was it worth it?
Guess we'll see in the next episodes.


Suisei no Gargantia

Episode 2

Amy certainly is easily impressed.
Well, at least from Red's point of view.
Nice episode. Kinda slow, but progressing nicely.
At least the pirates brought some action.
Red shows some potential, hope he uses it wisely.

Episode 308

Side stories with side characters.
The action was nice though.
Some glimpses of Sakura brough up the quality of the episode.
There was a lot of drama too and the unavoidable flashbacks.

So Haruka has to do a new song.
That should be interesting since Cecil gave her an inspiration.
Seems like I'm watching this just because of the characters.
The story has just begun, but I not so sure it will reach the level of 1st season.
Others were not too happy about Cecil's arrival though..
That guy has some interesting skills and no shame at all.
Camus is a completely different story and that icy behavior really suits him.


Red Data Girl

Episode 2

I love the art in this anime. It's just simply beautiful.
Izumiko - Miyuki relationship seems to be improving slightly.
That girl and technology really don't like each other.
I was surprised she didn't crash that plane by accident ^^"
Interesting turn of events this time. It looks promising.

Hmmm...
Lots of action in the first episode.
All the colors and shooting were pretty confusing.
At first I thought about dropping it, but the second part totally changed my mind!
I so watching this!!


Mushibugyo

This one has some nice comedy potential.
It kinda reminds me of that wii rpg game who's name I can't remember ^^"
Mushibugyo has a fair share of action.
Looks like it a glorified bug exterminator anime with some family drama background.
Not my thing, I dropping it.
