Current anime episodes comments - One Piece, Space Brothers, Hunter x Hunter

One Piece

Episode 589

That body switch thing is really amusing.
It's also interesting to watch how they're coping with it.
The new characters also look promising.
New info about the island was interesting.
Caesar Clown seems to be the main bad guy here.
He's totally crazy too.

Space Brothers

Episode 51

Mutta - Nitta heart to heart was kinda nice.
It helped Nitta feel a little less crappy.
Flashbacks were pretty good too.
They may all be full of understanding, but their team is not doing so well.

Hunter x Hunter

Episode 73

Lots of strategies.
It's getting harder to predict everyone's moves.
Genthru was being a pain again.
Gon vs Genthru. I was surprised he was that weak even after all that training.
Bisky was a pleasant surprise. Never saw that one coming.
Killua was doing rather well in his fight, but that's kinda expected.

Current anime episodes comments - Fairy Tail, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru

Fairy Tail

Episode 175 Final

Natsu vs Twin Dragons!
He sure was pretty impressive this time.
It was just awesome watching them fight.
The best parts were when they used their amazing dragon slayer powers.
Short info flashbacks were a nice addition.
Natsu's power sure showed them who's boss ^^
Fairy Tail finally took the lead!
The ending left me kinda confused. It's weird that they didn't let us see the end of grand magic games.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Episode 25

Car's new powers were really impressive.
Guess becoming the ultimate being has its benefits ^^"
He's pretty much invincible..
That's doesn't leave Jojo with many options.
It's like his new form just keeps adapting to every kind of attack.
Stoheim proved himself to be useful once again.
Wonder if that volcano will be enough...

Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru

Episode 13 Final

So the final episode is here.
That swimsuit contest sure served a higher purpose.
Flashbacks were really nice as well.
The girls were especially all over Eita this time.
Masuzu was such a stubborn girl with lots of walls around her.
Looks like Eita finally broke through her defenses and insecurities.
Nice final episode.

Current anime episodes comments - Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

Episode 12 Final

So we finally got to see Maou vs Yuusha something like a fight.
Didn't expect to see this at all judging by the way things were going.
I wasn't surprised how fast he got her to her senses..
In this anime humans were pretty much the only bad guys.
Humans were so difficult to deal with... so stubborn.
All in all this was a good anime which could've been better.

Current anime episode comments - Naruto Shippuuden, Gintama, Kotoura-san, Zetsuen no Tempest

Naruto Shippuuden

Episode 306

More flashbacks....... again.
This is getting really old.
If Naruto doesn't step in soon and ends the war..
Can't figure out if they're just stalling or are trying to remind us of the good old days.
Neji - Hinata got all the attention this time.

Gintama

Episode 265 Final

Sadaharu was as cute as always.
This time that dog was the smartest one of them all.
It was just depressingly sad how Gin was a better owner than all the others.
Wow, this sure was a weird episode and pretty sad too.
Wonder why they made this one the final episode.
I was expecting it to end more with a bang.

Kotoura-san

Episode 12 Final

ESP Research Society meets its end.
Lots of flashbacks this time.
Kotoura's awkwardness was really cute ^^
This anime was pretty fun though.
It was a good combination of fun, romance and drama.

Zetsuen no Tempest

Episode 24 Final

Things were pretty serious this time.
The fights were hard as well, but also really good.
Pillar definitely didn't want to go down without a serious fight.
All's well that ends well ^^
Hakaze was pretty much funny without magic.
Everyone finally got a chance to relax after everything that's happened.
The ending was rather nice ^^

Current anime episodes comments - Magi, Amnesia

Magi

Episode 24

Wow! Things are getting very interesting.
Well, wars are always a good source of cool anime fights.
Alibaba was still pretty much useless due to lack of skills.
The only thing that was his advantage was a good surprise attack.
He also made the biggest mistake of his life.
Hakuryuu proved himself to be selfless.
Everyone was fighting their own fight in this war.

Amnesia

Episode 12 Final

Murderous Ukyo was pretty scary.
I liked his normal side way more.
His emotional reactions kept switching between his personalities.
That made it harder to figure out when he's good/bad.
I never thought he would be capable of such a personal sacrifice.
At least this time they explained some things.
Good final episode.

Current anime episodes comments - Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun, Bakuman 3

Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun

Episode 12

Kohaku was going through some serious demon problems.
Her past was sad, but every piece of new info is a good thing.
It's good that the others finally noticed Kohaku could be a problem.
Grown up Shino was a really pretty sight! ^///^
Seems like his personality changed a bit as well, like he's more cheerful somehow.

Bakuman 3

Episode 24

Those two were totally in a daze.
It was about time for their dreams to come true.
They worked so hard for all of it.
Hattori was pretty fired up this time!
Reversi's build up to the grand finale had everyone itching for more.
It got pretty much everyone fired up.
Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They surpassed Niizuma!
And this is why I love Bakuman!

Current anime episodes comments - One Piece, Space Brothers, Hunter x Hunter, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

One Piece

Episode 588

So finally Luffy and his part of the crew join the battle.
Approaching Law so carelessly wasn't the smartest move.
He's changed a lot since 2 years ago.
Luffy can be such an airhead sometimes.
It was nice to see that the samurai head guy is not bad at all.
Reunion with Luffy was nice, but all that followed was just ROFL
Short summary was pretty enlightening.

Space Brothers

Episode 50

Nitta really made a mess of things.
Namba proved himself to be a true friend.
At least Nitta explained the reasons for the phone panic.
It was an interesting story and it let us to get to know Nitta a bit better.

Hunter x Hunter

Episode 72

So Hisoka plans on fighting with Chrollo.
Can't wait to see that fight happen.
Genthru's crew was up to no good as usual.
Playing tag with team Tsezgerra was kinda counterproductive.
Looks like some things will unfold next time.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Episode 24

Cars really put Jojo between a rock and a hard place.
Never would have guessed Lisa Lisa is Jojo's mom.
Stroheim had his hands full as well.
All in all, Jojo was holding on rather well.
History about Jojo's parents was interesting.

Current anime episodes comments - Fairy Tail, Shinsekai Yori, Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru

Fairy Tail

Episode 174

Fairy vs Tiger with 4 dragon slayers = epic!!
At least the finally have a chance to avenge Lucy.
Seeing all those different dragon slayer powers was awesome.
The biggest loser of the games so far is Lucy.
She really didn't show much of anything..
Looks like the final episode next time will be a blast!

Shinsekai Yori

Episode 25 Final

Using Kiroumaru as bait for the fiend to kill triggered a death feedback and solved everything.
Interesting how her wrong "wiring" was the end of her..
Yakomaru finally got what he deserved, but the punishment was horrible.
Well, at least the humans learned that queerats didn't like being slaves.
Looks like Yakomaru told the truth when he sad "We are humans!"
The harsh truth finally came out... I was kinda expecting something like this.
Nice final episode with all the explanations.

Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru

Episode 12

Those two were totally overdoing with the "fake" in their fake relationship.
Well, at least this trip-to-the-beach episode was fun.
These kinds of episodes always make me smile.
Probably because they're so typical, but in a good & fun way.
There sure were a lot of emotions in this episode..

Current anime episodes comments - Naruto Shippuuden, Gintama, Kotoura-san, Zetsuen no Tempest, Psycho-Pass, Robotics;Notes, Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

Naruto Shippuuden

Episode 305

Shino was doing his best, but was it good enough.
It's time Naruto stepped up and did something.
I'm sensing more and more people are getting indifferent towards this anime.
Well, I agree because flashbacks, fillers and occasional fights are just not cutting it.
Maybe it's time for this anime to take a break.
Oh, and Naruto's rasengan was not good enough to save this episode.

Gintama

Episode 264

Shinpachi and Gin heart-to-heart was nice.
It was nice seeing Shinpachi's brave side for a change.
This was a pretty touching episode, not many laughs in this one.
Well, I guess that concludes this story.

Kotoura-san

Episode 11

Clash with the attacker was more funny than serious.
Kotoura needed some confidence boost.
Don't think leaving Manabe out of it was the best choice.
Moritani finally showed some courage and confessed.
Looks like there is still some hope left for her.
Everyone seems to be more or less paired up now..
Manabe played the role of the hero rather well.
Tsukino being the culprit, never saw that one coming.

Zetsuen no Tempest

Episode 23

So the plan is finally revealed.
Hakaze & Yoshino's emotions were clouding their judgement.
I get it, any girl would be angry on an indecisive guy.
Yoshino needs to get over Aika or things are gonna get even more complicated.
Well, at least some of them were enjoying the tropical paradise ^^
And so the fighting begins...

Psycho-Pass

Episode 22 Final

Kogami vs Makishima! That was what I was waiting for!
Akane's hope for Kogami was just amazing to watch.
She really trusted that guy in every way.
Kogami - Akane team really was the best.
Makishima was the type of guy who never quits.
He just needed someone to stop him.
That Sybil system is truly a disturbing thing when you see its true form.
Pretty good final episode.

Robotics;Notes

Episode 22 Final

Finally, some serious action!
It was pretty cool watching the mecha fights.
Who knew their plan would work using a giant robot.
That Kimijima Kou was a real pest.
Seems like they made a lot of desperate moves.
They were lucky some of those actually worked.
Nice final episode with some drama.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

Episode 11

This more and more looks like a crossover between Wolf & Spice and a strategy game.
When I first started watching this I was expecting fights and romance.
What I mostly got were economic strategies and trading tips.
So far the only thing that peaked my interest were the occasional demon spells, portals and bits & pieces of the war.
Looks like the remaining two episodes have more potential.

Current anime episodes comments - Magi, Bakuman 3, Amnesia

Magi

Episode 23

They reached the top just to get into yet another difficult fight.
It would be nice to see them win without so much trouble for a change.
Either way, things are getting rather intense as the season finale gets near.
It was nice watching Alibaba fight, even though his skills need a lot more practice.
The war with Sindria and the reasons for it seemed kinda harsh and personal.

Bakuman 3

Episode 23

It was really fun watching Mashiro's reactions to everyone's approval of Miho & him.
Everything was going their way until that public voice actress auditions.
That complicated things, but was also cruel of the animation guys to do something like that.
It felt like universe was against them again...
The whole situation just put more pressure on Miho and Mashiro.
OMG! Finally! Finally their dreams are coming true. Can't wait for those two to get married!

Amnesia

Episode 11

Is there a single guy in this anime that wasn't her lover??
*sigh* At least Ukyo made some sense of the story.
The world trying to kill her part added a nice twist to the story.
Looks like he has a split personality problem.
It's one of those potentially dangerous things for the heroine.
Seems like each of the male characters has some kind of a personality flaw.

Shino getting shot was really really bad.
Things went out of control so fast.
Shino is totally childish sometimes ^^"

Him losing his self control is not good at all.

Anime Movies - Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki

This is an interesting movie. The story is rather unexpected, but it is also relaxing and nice. The animation is not that good, but the story itself makes up for that. As I started watching this movie, my first thoughts were innocent, relaxing and a nice love story. The power of love in this type of anime movie just amazes me every single time. It's wonderful how you can find love in most unexpected places and this anime proves that point.
Life can truly be beautiful when you have someone that loves you and that the love is mutual.
Things changed rather quickly after the unfortunate event. Life moved on and new experiences followed. It was really hard raising two half-wolf children. As the kids were growing up it was pretty impossible to stay in the city. Moving in the middle of nowhere was the only logical thing to do. It was really nice watching them grow up with all the freedom they could ever possibly want.
Don't quite understand why, but I really like this kind of anime movies. Maybe it's because of the positive feelings it gives off, maybe because of the message that anything is possible and never as bad as you think or maybe just because of so much love..

Plot:

Nineteen-year-old college student Hana meets a young man who sneaks into her classes for lessons and falls in love with him immediately. They soon start dating. One day, the man reveals his identity to Hana; he is a Wolfman and the only surviving descendant of the extinct Japanese wolf. Undeterred by this fact, Hana invites him to live with her. A year later, when Hana becomes pregnant, she decides not to visit a hospital out of fear that her child would be a wolf. Their daughter, Yuki, is thus born at home on a snowy day, along with her brother, Ame, who is born a year after her, this time on a rainy day. Not long after Ame's birth, the Wolfman suddenly disappears. Hana searches frantically, only to discover that city workers were working to remove a wolf's carcass from a canal. He had died accidentally while hunting to feed the children. Although devastated by the loss of her beloved, Hana resolves to take good care of her wolf-children by herself.
However, Hana discovers that living in the city with her children was extremely difficult. Yuki, who is temperamental, often switches between her human and wolf form, creating a lot of noise, making the neighbors unhappy. Child-protection officers have been hounding Hana because her children had not gone for the compulsory immunization program. Making matters worse, her landlord receives complaints that she was keeping pets at home due to the wolf cries made by Yuki and Ame, and threatens to evict her because the apartment forbids pets. Eventually, Hana decides to move to the countryside and stumbles upon a dilapidated house that was virtually rent-free, but requires a lot of renovation work. Most importantly to her, however, is the fact that the nearest neighbor is miles away, and the house is surrounded by nature.
Hana gets down to work immediately, repairing the house and later tried to grow crops. Initially skeptical of her at first, the other villagers warm up to her and help her to settle in. One fierce old man who treats newcomers harshly even shows Hana how to grow her own farm. At the same time, Hana tries to find ways to educate her children about wolf survival in the wild. She eventually gets a job as an assistant in a nature reserve to learn more about nature. Meanwhile, Yuki loves the new environment, while Ame dislikes it. One day, Ame finds the will to chase after a kingfisher, but loses his footing and falls into a stream, and nearly drowns. After that day, Ame became a more confident person.
Soon, when Yuki and Ame reaches school-going age, Yuki begs her mother to send her to school. Hana agrees on one condition: they must never transform into a wolf in front of people. Although Yuki does not fit well into the school environment initially due to her background, but she soon adapts and makes many new friends at school. On the other hand, Ame does not adapt very well and gets bullied to the point he stops attending school and frequently wanders into the woods behind their house. Later, Hana discovers that Ame was taking lessons from an old fox about hunting and survival in the wild.
In school, Yuki's class receives a new transfer student, Souhei who ultimately tells Yuki that she smelled of an animal. Fearing that he would uncover her identity, Yuki avoids him. However, he follows Yuki around the school until Yuki, unable to control herself, transforms into a wolf and scratches him across the ear. Haunted by this incident, Yuki refuses to go to school. However, moved by Souhei's persistence in sending her homework and foodstuff every day, Yuki eventually returns to school, and even became good friends with Souhei.
On one stormy day, when Ame's "master" dies, Ame decides to take over his role in the woods, but despite his mother's objections, he slips away without Hana knowing. During her search for Ame, Hana slips and falls down a chasm, but is rescued by Ame, who carries her out of the woods. Before regaining consciousness, Hana has a vision where the Wolfman apologizes to her for the burden she had to bear in raising their children and tells her he is proud of how they have grown. Hana berates herself for Ame's disappearance, to which the Wolfman responds that Ame has found his path in life. When she awakens, Hana finally accepts Ame's decision, and watches in awe as he howls and disappears into the distance as a matured wolf. Meanwhile, Yuki, who was left in school with Souhei, reveals her true identity to him and confesses that she was the wolf who attacked him. Souhei admits that he knew this a long time ago, but he has already forgiven her.
Years later, Yuki attends a boarding middle school, making a lot of new friends in the process and despite Ame's disappearance, his howls could be heard far and wide. Meanwhile, Hana continues to live in her old home, happily knowing that she has raised her wolf-children well.

One Piece

Episode 587

Law's powers are pretty impressive.
The body switch is a useful thing to use on others.
It brings confusion and makes things difficult for the enemy.
So he was the one who slices people, but they don't die.
Guess it was him who sliced that samurai Nami and the others found.
Unless there's someone else there with the same power.
Law vs Smoker! That was just epic!
So many new and interesting powers to see.
Wow, Law is truly a scary monster.

Space Brothers

Episode 49

This survival training has been rather boring so far.
I know they're just showing us why the need to this part, but it's still not interesting.
They need something or someone to mix things up a bit.
Their team is the worst so far and it's getting harder to endure.
Nitta's attitude wasn't helping the situation at all.
In the end all the problems they encountered improved the quality of this episode.

Hunter x Hunter

Episode 71

The dodgeball game continues.
Razor is truly a scary strong guy.
Three of them could barely match the power of just one guy.
It's no wonder he's the one guarding the island from outsiders.
Hisoka pulled through for them and made that victory happen.
It was really nice of him to do something like that.
Also, it's out of character for him.
Looks like we'll get a fight over Patch of Shore card soon.
